Collection, processing and use of personal datan
If you make a travel booking in writing, by telephone or online, we process the personal data you provide (name, address, contact details, date of birth, other booking data/wishes, payment data, travel data such as flight or hotel details) for the following purposes:
Carrying out the travel booking
On the one hand, we process your personal data to carry out the travel booking and processing. The processing is carried out to fulfil the contract concluded with you or to initiate such a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
ihnenect marketing by post and e-mail
On the other hand, we process the personal data you provide for the purpose of ihnenect marketing by post and ihnenect marketing by e-mail, in which we regularly send you our travel offers with customised offers by post and e-mail. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR; “ihnenect marketing”). Our legitimate interest lies in the promotion of our products and services. We store your booking and travel data (e.g. when booking special services at the travel destination) as well as your contact data (e.g. your address and email address) in our databases and use this data to send you mailings and personalise the travel offers sent to you (e.g. to select offers for trips abroad if you generally book corresponding trips). The individualisation of the advertising measure is also based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR) to promote sales and increase customer satisfaction. We have taken your interests into account to the extent that we only use standard parameters such as your place of residence, age, gender or already booked trips to individualise your recommendations in order to be able to provide you with suitable offers, which should also be in your interest.
We may need further information from you to carry out and process the booking (e.g. data for visa applications or identity card data for registration with public institutions). You will regularly receive detailed information on the personal data required from your booking documents. This personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the corresponding travel service. The processing takes place for the fulfilment of the contract concluded with you or for the initiation of such a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR).
If you write to us via our contact form on the website, we will process your data insofar as this is necessary to process your enquiry. Such processing is carried out either to fulfil the contract concluded with you or to initiate such a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR) or to protect our legitimate interests associated with the processing of the respective enquiry or the legitimate interests of a third party (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR) arising from the respective enquiry.

5. Logging and storage of data
All access to our web server is automatically stored in log files (e.g. name of the requested file, IP address, access status of the web server, date and time of the request, browser used, etc.). These log files are only analysed by The Glamping Resort Olive & Sea for statistical purposes. They are not passed on to third parties.
When you book a trip with us, we store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to fulfil the booking and the contract. In addition, we also store your data for a longer period if there are claims on your or our part (storage period generally for three years after the realisation of the corresponding trip) or if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. due to statutory retention periods, generally between six and ten years after the realisation of the corresponding trip). For the purpose of ihnenect marketing (i.e. if you have booked a trip with us or have registered as an advertising recipient), we store and use your personal data accordingly for a period of three years, in each case from the last time you contacted us (i.e. after your last trip) and provided you have not previously objected to the processing. After three years, you will receive an enquiry from us as to whether you would like to continue receiving our offers. If you decline our offers or if we do not receive any feedback, we will delete your personal data from our mailing list no later than six weeks after sending the above enquiry. Please note that offers that are already in the dispatch process may still be sent to you due to possible time overlaps. It is no longer possible for us to recall the consignment. 6. Disclosure of personal data
In order to carry out the aforementioned processing activities, we use internal and external service partners who process your personal data – usually – on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. The processing of data in our customer/prospect system is currently carried out by our The Glamping Resort Olive & Sea j.d.o.o. In the case of travel bookings, the data is transmitted to the respective service providers (e.g. tour guides and agency partners). Such a transfer is regularly necessary for the fulfilment of the contract with you (Art. 49 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Payment processing takes place via our house bank. We may also use call centres to process electronic bookings and support requests. Our data is hosted exclusively in Germany, in some cases also by external service providers.
7. Security
With data communication in open networks, such as the Internet, the protection of the transmitted data cannot be fully guaranteed according to the current state of the art and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties. Therefore, please do not send us any confidential data via the Internet (e.g. by e-mail) without adequate protection. All forms on our website where personal data is collected are encrypted in accordance with the latest security protocol, currently TLS 1.3. All our employees are trained in data protection law and are separately sworn to secrecy. Our systems are protected against unauthorised internal and external access in accordance with the current state of the art.
8. Right of objection
You have the right

to object to the processing for sending promotional offers and other ihnenect advertising at any time without giving reasons, and

to object to the processing of your personal data in other cases if further legal requirements are met (see Art. 21 (1) GDPR).
You can also object to the processing and use of your data previously stored by us for future bookings by simply sending a message to one of the addresses given above. We will then block your data for further use once the last contract has been fully processed and delete it after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, but would like to point out that in this case it will be necessary to collect all the necessary data again when you make another booking.
9. Use of cookies
When you visit our website www.glamping-oliveandsea.com, information is stored on your computer in the form of a cookie (small file with configuration information) within your browser software. This stores information about your use of the website and is used by The Glamping Olive & Sea.

The Glampinping Resort Olive & Sea j.d.o.o. operates social media pages on Facebook and Instagram to improve communication with the outside world so that you can also receive information from us there.
When visiting the social media pages, you must expect that The Glamping Resort Olive & Sea will collect and process your personal data. The processing of your personal data may also take place outside the scope of the GDPR. We have no influence on this. The use of social media services is your own responsibility.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (hereinafter: Google).
The Google Analytics service is used to analyze how our website is used. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our site.
Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, place, time, or frequency of your visits to our website will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function, whereby Google truncates the IP address within the EU or the EEA before it is transmitted to the US.
