BEACHES
Enjoying the Mediterranean sun and afterwards cooling off in the waves of the Adriatic is a classic way to spend hot vacation days. Fortunately, The Glamping Resort by Ritch is perfectly located for sunbathers and water lovers. The resort is just 100 meters from the beach, which you can reach in a 2-minute walk.
Punta Bibinje Beach
Plaza Punta Bibinje Beach, located near Marina Dalmacija, is one of the most popular swimming spots in the region. It is less than a 15-minute walk from The Glamping Resort. A cozy restaurant and a bar provide food and refreshments while you relax on the pebble beach. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the beach volleyball court. Although there is no natural shade, umbrellas can be rented on-site.
Na Skaljici & Sulterova Vala Beaches
A bit further north, near the old town of Bibinje, lies Na Skaljici Beach on the outside of the breakwater in Jaz Bay. It is connected to Sulterova Vala Beach. Both beaches are particularly popular with families with children. The sea here is very shallow and clear, with gentle waves and a mostly sandy seabed a few meters from the shore. The beaches feature pebbles and concrete platforms. Natural shade is provided by trees, and park benches invite you to sit and relax. A beach bar and a public restroom can be found nearby.
Lipauska Beach
At the northern end of Bibinje, heading towards Zadar, you will find Lipauska Beach, easily accessible by car. The sunbathing areas are mostly concrete, with trees providing shade over inviting park benches. While the beach itself is rocky in parts, the shoreline gently slopes into the water, becoming mostly sandy. The gentle waves make it perfect for families with children. There is also a swing and a beach volleyball court for added fun on land.
Remote Beaches
The area around Bibinje is known as a swimmer’s paradise. If you are travelling by car, you can explore the stunning beaches around Zadar. The island of Vir, located a bit further north, is another hotspot for beachgoers, offering many hidden and less frequented coves. From gently sloping pebble beaches to natural and rocky shores, you will find some of the most beautiful swimming spots in the area.

A CHARMING FISHING VILLAGE
The Glamping Resort – by Ritch is located in the charming fishing village of Bibinje, just south of the cultural hub of Zadar and right on the Adriatic coast. Bibinje is a peaceful and picturesque holiday destination for families, offering numerous attractions. Beach lovers can enjoy beautiful beaches along the town’s promenade, with plenty of leisure activities for both young and old, ensuring that there will never be a boring moment. In the evenings, life shifts from the beaches to the terraces of restaurants and konobas around the old town harbour. Enjoying a glass of wine in this family-friendly atmosphere is the perfect way to end the day.
In Bibinje you can visit several monuments and religious buildings. Highlights include the Church of St. Rok, built in the 16th century in gratitude for deliverance from the plague, the Church of the Martyrdom of St. John the Baptist, and the Church of the Assumption of Mary. For more cultural experiences, we recommend a visit to the old town of Zadar.
Another must-see is Marina Dalmacija, the largest marina on the Adriatic. The harbour offers over 1,300 berths for yachts and motorboats. If you wish to charter a boat for a trip, the marina’s extensive offerings will have you covered. Also located within the marina is the Zlatna Luka Diving Centre, where you can book diving courses or half-day and full-day trips to the most beautiful dive sites in the area. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE AT THE GLAMPING RESORT
Our glamping resort is ideally situated for quick and convenient travel. Zadar Airport is just a few kilometres away, and a taxi will get you to our resort in 15 minutes. If you are travelling by car: the new A1 Dalmatina motorway makes the journey from Zagreb a smooth and easy drive, taking just over three hours.

We offer luggage service for guests arriving early or departing late. Your luggage will be safely stored with us until your arrival or departure.
PARKING AT RESORT OLIVE AND SEA
Our resort features a fenced, camera-monitored parking area for 10 vehicles, complete with charging stations for electric vehicles.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public buses run to Zadar, reaching the destination in just 10 minutes. The number of daily departures varies depending on the travel date, with over 4 departures between Bibinje and Zadar on the busiest days. For other destinations in the area, we recommend traveling by car. If needed, we are happy to arrange a taxi for you!
